Pioneer Peaks obtained this townhome. It was a hoarder house left vacant for a significant period of time.

The property had many challenges, but we were able to clean out the excessive remaining items, repair house mechanicals that had been deferred, and bring the house back to life! The finished product turned into a nice starter home for a young family.
